Inspiration STATION LAUNCHPAD
Who we are
The Inspiration Station Launchpad(ISL) was formed in 2023 with the aim of impacting students in primary and secondary schools around the construction of Kieni Kiandege- Mworoga- Maara Road in Meru
County. This concept was initialized by the Founder, Ivy Getanda, an
assistant Engineer on the road project who is passionate about
mentorship and has a passion for making a difference in her
community. She teamed up with her colleague Joan Sabii, the co-founder, and together, they work hand in hand to ensure they not only deliver the road project successfully but also impact the students around the road project through: education, instilling life skills, inspiring girls to appreciate Science, technology, Engineering and Technology (STEM) and offering counselling guidance to the
teenagers
